Property Photography Pricing

Get a property photography quote now

I’m regularly asked for my fee for photographing properties, so here is a quick guide to what’s involved in your property photography quote.

Prices tend to range from £250-£600 dependent on the following factors:

How many bedrooms are in your property?

The more rooms your property has, the longer it takes to photograph. Consideration is also made for additional outbuildings, summer houses, annexes or unique special features. Here are my starting prices to come and photography your property without adding props to the rooms. These prices include the interior and exterior of your property.

1 Bedroom

Often open plan properties, but also includes studio apartments:

From £200

4 Bedrooms

Larger communal spaces with most likely multiple outside areas:

From £400

2 Bedrooms

Typically with 1 bathroom, one living room and kitchen/dining room:

From £250

5+ Bedrooms

Large properties with multiple bathrooms and communal areas:

From £500

3 Bedrooms

Similar features to a 2 bedroom, with, surprisingly enough, another bedroom:

From £325

Additional Rooms

Such as gyms, cinema rooms or offices can effect the price.

Does your property need styling?

I can provide a number of styling props that range from clothing, lifestyle and fresh produce.

Items available can include: throws, hats, scarves, handbags, magazines, books, children’s toys, house plants, flowers, champagne, wine, orange juice, fruit, pastries, breakfast items and vegetables.

The items you choose will be factored into the price, alongside the time taken to dress each room during the shoot.

If you have your own props you wish to use then please feel free to do so!

Night Shoots

Properties that require evening shoots to capture spaces after sundown either require a second arranged visit or an extension of the shoot day. Time, and potentially travel, will be factored in here. Prices start from £150 for this added service.

Drone Photography & Video

Drone photography is subject to your property location and weather conditions on the day. It is a popular choice to show surrounding areas and sense of location as an additional selling point of the property. Video footage can also be captured via the drone.

Orientation

Depending on where you are planning to use the photos will determine if you need portrait photographs as well as landscape.

Landscape comes as standard, but if you are planning on posting on social media it may be worth also having portrait photographs.

Videography

A video walk-through of the property requires different use of cameras, settings and lighting, and this extends the length of the shoot and editing process

When you receive your property photography quote it will include all shoot days and editing time in a single fee. There are no ongoing license fees, and the final gallery and video is yours to use as you wish.

With all enquiries, I am happy to discuss your property and the objectives you wish to achieve from a professional property shoot.

Your bespoke quote will reflect which of the above factors that have been agreed. If, during the shoot, new requests are made that have not formed the previously agreed quote, these will be subject to an additional fee.
